Using Talegates

By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must provide a valid email address, keep your password secure and be at least 13 years old, or older if your country sets a higher minimum age for online services. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission before you buy a paid plan. You are responsible for activity on your account.

What we provide

Talegates Interactive (“we”) runs talegates.io and the Talegates account used by Bloxma, a plugin for Roblox Studio. We operate from Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Licence to use Bloxma

With an account, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Bloxma in Roblox Studio according to your plan. Premium features are available while your Premium plan is active, and Lifetime features stay available for as long as Bloxma is offered. You keep ownership of everything you make with Bloxma. We keep ownership of Bloxma and the Talegates services.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, probe or overload our services, bypass access controls or entitlements, share or resell access, or use the services to violate the law or Roblox’s terms.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put others or the service at risk. Unless the law or an urgent security risk prevents it, we will tell you by email what happened and why, and you can reply to support@talegates.io within 30 days to ask us to review the decision.

Plans, payments and renewals

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns and refunds. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

• Prices for each plan are shown on the pricing page. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
• Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page or from the link in your Paddle receipt, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Lifetime is a one-time payment that unlocks the Premium features on your account for as long as Bloxma is offered.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee.
• If a payment fails, Paddle may try again. If it is not resolved, paid access can end and your account returns to the free plan.

Availability and changes

We work to keep talegates.io and Bloxma available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If a change significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give reasonable advance notice by email, and you can cancel at any time.

Liability

Bloxma and the Talegates services are provided as they are, without promises that they will be error-free or suit a particular purpose, except where the law requires otherwise. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for anything connected with the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law where you live.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, where Talegates Interactive operates. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Please email us first so we can try to fix the problem directly. Disputes we cannot settle are for the courts of Bangladesh, unless mandatory law lets you go to court elsewhere.

Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, we will update this page and, for material changes, email account holders. Using Talegates after a change takes effect means you accept the new Terms. Last updated: 22 October 2026.
